Emergencies
8.1 Problems with Collection of Children
On the rare occasion that children are not collected due to the collection arrangements breaking down and parents or emergency contacts are not found, the following procedure will be followed.
  • This will occur any time after 1800 when the After School Service have left.
  • A child may have to be taken home by a member of staff
  • Once realising that a child is not at home or with the required collector, parents should contact the school on the usual number which is :

  • If the school telephone is not answered, parents must telephone the school Emergency Mobile Number:
         School Emergency Numbers : 07850 416 003 or 07790 110 712
    If there is not an immediate response, a message may be left on this service.

    We would need to know:
  • An immediate contact number
  • Your name
  • The name of the child that you are enquiring about
    Further arrangements will then be made to collect children.
